Is it my turn to get unwell? I guess so. Woke up not feeling a 100% this morning. I guess after caring for my girl’s cold, cough and what nots have finally taken a toll on me. Popped some day & night cold and flu tablets which hopefully will stop it from getting worse.

I know that in my condition now, I certainly can’t be walking under the sun nor go for a drive on a sunny day as I would definitely need some migraine headache relief based on past experiences on sunny days. Strange huh?

I mean for someone who grew up in a tropical country to get splitting  headaches if exposed under the sun for too long. That explains why I try not to go outdoors during summer or if I do, I try my best to stay in the shade.
