Live Chat is great
Last week I was trying to order something for my niece via the internet. As I wasn’t sure if the stock was still available, I emailed the seller but didn’t get a reply from them even after several days later.
So I went back to their website and saw that they have the live chat feature and their status was “online”. I clicked onto it and within a minute, got to chat with the seller who was friendly and helpful with my enquiry on that particular item.
I find such chat feature so helpful as it gives me an almost instant reply. I have tried that on my webhost when I need help to troubleshoot my account problems and the instructions were so easy to understand compared to being walk through on the phone.
How things have changed, no longer are phone support the only means of live customer service for online purchases.
